Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having severe cough problem since many days At times find it difficult to breath properly Feels heavy in the chest At times green cough cimes out

So i got to applied medical test for visiting abroad but hindrance struck showing some minimal spot in my lungs through x-ray and doctors subjected me to spootum test.i known its for tuberclosis but i dint have any serious cough in my past.I'm not woorying about it but will the spot turn into worst scenario like cancer in future.plzz help me out and clear my complication.

Pain under right ribs near sternum. Sharp pain arise in bed while rolling, when pressed, while drive in bike, sometimes breathing. I have acidity.

I had asthma when i was kid, even now i used to get asthma if i consume bad oil food(no all oil food, but few road side bad oil foods). Except that i never get it, even in colder climatic conditions. Recently I started going to Gym, and trainer suggested to do Cardio. I'm doing elliptical cardio for 10 mins. After that i'm getting asthma and it is lasting for some 10-15 mins. I'm noticing that none of other people doing same looks normal even after 15-20 mins cardio. Can you suggest whether it is abnormal or practicing it regularly will helps in reducing it?

I have been diagnosed with tuberculosis..I have been quarantined and will start medication..But the doctor has gone on holiday and I have no one to ask my questions...I know they will test if I am non contagious after two weeks if I am not they will release me...I want to know if I can resume my activities - work exercise after I am released and the symptoms have disappeared but still while on the medication...

From last 5 months approx my right lung is irritating me Solitary thyroid nodule is also detected in 2015 What will I do .I smoke 1 cig approx a day. Is it a problem caused by smoking??
