Mammography with Sono
Please help me with the reading of my mother's Mammography and Sono Report.. Report says 1) An ill defined lobulated hypoechoic soft tissue lesion in the right sybareolar region. It shows spiculated marfins with surrounding inflammatory changes. It does not show increased volatility. Findings are suggestive of malignant lesion. Needs histopathological correlation. 2)Right Breast - BIRADS V. 3) Left Breast - BIRADS 1 4) Few enlarged axillary lymphnodes on right side, most likely represents metastatis.

Please consult an oncologist  immediately since there is tumour in the right breast with enlarged axillary  lymph nodes on the right side.  Don't delay because it could be malignant.
