Chest & Breathing Problems

I have extreme left upper chest pain which then goes to jaw and ears....i had done ecg 2 months back which was normal...chest x ray was normak..have this tgis problem since 2 months

Worried about side effects of asbestos. Ripped off old wallpaper in home and sanded walls over maybe a few days to a week. Had no clue there might be asbestos.
