Regularly white cough in the morning

Dear sir/madam, I have faceing heavy white cough flow from my nose in the morning .and difficulty in breathing.from last two months while sleeping i feel small vessel noise from throat.i consult many doctor's they saying this is asthma first stage.please suggest me how can i overcame this problem. Regards

If it is asthma then use your inhalers regularly even when you are normal.. but also get your skin prick allergy test done to rule out allergy
