Chest & Breathing Problems

I am feeling pain and choked in the middle of the chest, also unable to eat or drink anything. Sometimes it feels like air is trapped in the chest(middle).

Chronic smoker 10 a day for 5yrs approximately. Since the last 6-7 months I have consistently had cough with some kind of expectoration. Which started after an attack of cold.. Just when it subsided with no medication a few days back. I have now another attack of cold and cough.. With congestion in the left lung.. The sputum is white or brown or sometimes white..

Pain in breast repeatedly happening. Earlier consulted a doctor and she gave B complex tablets but no solution.

Hi Im a male, 24 years old. Im about 5'6'' and weigh around 65Kg. I have a boob on my left chest alone. My right chest looks fine. I've had this for a long time now. Initially i thought i was getting fat, and started working out. My left boob never changed . I;ve recently started running 5 k everyday. I feel fit. Its been over 3 week since i've run 5k everyday. My left boo stays the same.

Since 3 months have a cough problem and now since 1 month having breathing problem mostly at night it increase. all test have been done related to heart and blood are normal except PFT. it shows small airway disease. doctors have given medicine for 20 days but even after 15 days medication there is no significant improvement. what to do.

Would PERICARDIAL EFFUSION TUBERCULOSIS fall under your area of expertise? I have been suffering due by coughing for more than 8-9 months. Earlier i did not think that this problem could be such a big. I did visited couple of doctors, who could not detect anything from my chest x-ray. However, i visited one specialist in Ahmedabad and i came to know that there is liquid between my pericardiac layers. so, doctor put me on medicine for 4 days and i was admitted to the hospital. Things were looking good for those 4 days. However, after 15 days i am against facing the similar problem. I am not worried about my health and doubt whether i am detected with right problem or should i go for any other medication. I am looking for a consultation in Mumbai.

Hi doctor I have prob often my breast becomes harder and I can't sleep all night with this pain .. it increases when it hardens. Generally it happens before I get my period. Please suggest . Thank you

I have been suffering from severe pain in across whole chest especially in bone in mid section of the chest and backbone from 2to 3 years.I could not guess from where does the pain arise.I feel headache in such a sense that the brain is not being supplied with proper blood or it has numbness in it and the pain travels to spinal chord at the neck.

I've been experiencing chest pain, dizziness and lightheadedness, no energy stomach gurgling and cramping. I've had a hysterectomy and am a smoker also
