Hi Doctor
I am from pakistan.In childhood I was alergy patient but at the age of 10 I got asthma and now I am 45 years old and still I am suffering from asthma.I visited many doctors but all in vain.Please dr show me the simplest and easy cure of alergy asthma

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
The most effective way to avoid attacks of asthma is to avoid the allergen.
So you would need to detect which is your allergen and then avoid it completely.
That's a very tedious process.
Instead, carry the essential medications along with you always. That's the best thing.
Immunotherapy can be tried.
Talk to a pulmonologist near you regarding this.
