Nagging Cough
I've been having a cough for almost a year. I visited a chest specialist, continued the medicine for two months but it was of no use. I just can't stop coughing. It gets really embarrassing and awkward sometimes. Please advise me what I should do.

A well defined heterogeneous lesion of size 43×41 mm is seen in the foetal abdomen left hypochondriac region between diaphragm and stomach. Stoch is indented but separate. On color Doppler it shows significant peripheral as well as internal vascularity.
