Having Interestial Lung disease Usual Interestrial Pneumonia . Breathing problems. Lot of flare ups in Lungs.

I have noticed a red/black spot on my right breast a couple of days ago with lite reddishness around ...Its paining when I touch it and I feel uncomfortable around my right underarm...

I already sent a query regarding this. For that doctor replied that seretide Accuhaler has no side effects. But my brother who is using seretide is suffering its side effects. So I am asking for any alternative treatment. Please reply me.

I was diagnosed with asthma allergic rhinitis. I was diagnosed in 2012. I have really good days and really bad days but have just been, "dealing with it" . Here lately its really been bothering me. Now I have two questions pertaining to this matter: 1) How to distinguish gynecomastia from chest fat? 2) Can I cure gynecomastia naturally as surgery and pills are very expensive.
