Hello there. I can understand your concern. You are a known case of myasthenia gravis . And in patients if myasthenia gravis, thymic abnormalities are common be it thymoma or thymic hyperplasia. Whatever it is, it has to be removed surgically. Also, surgical removal of thymus can also help your myasthenia gravis sometimes. Best regards.
