Breathing Problem Chest congestion

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I feel difficulty in breathing and my lungs feel sore and heavy. I don't have cough. Also it creates a compression pain exactly at the back of the chest in the centre near the T8 spine area.I get mild fever often.
