Chest & Breathing Problems

From past 3-4 days i have been seeing blood in my cough during early morning and the cough is brown. 30 days back when i had a suspicion of TB due to my colleague getting diagnosed I had visited a pulmonologist and chest xray was done and told i have sinus issue other than that nothing. (I have bronchitis from childhood). During day time i see no blood in my normal cough, only after  i wake up in morning i saw that. Smoking: I have quit smoking recently 30 days back.

Hi, I have been in a treatment from a general physician in my locality, but not feeling better with their treatment as yet. Please advise if a pulmonologist looks into such an infection or is it a general physician only? What percentage of nail clubbing patients have lung cancer out of all the patients of clubbed nails?

I have suffered viral infection with fever 15 days back. Subsequently suffered severe cough which was treated with Claribid 500, Grlinctus ls, Montec fx, nebulizer with levolin, budecort. Though cough has subsided compared to 12 days ago and no fever at present, still it has not disappeared. Problem of sore throat and cough persists despite all drugs are ongoing except antibiotics. Though it requires further evaluation, any modifications in treatment can help further.

Does my X-ray show Bronchitis, even mild or is it normal? Got a chest X-ray done—just want to know if it shows bronchitis (even mild) or if everything looks normal. Would appreciate any input

I’ve been spitting blood since few months. I went to consult with an ENT on June. She said my throat looks fine and there is a small dent inside my nose and prescribed me with some medicines. The blood went away for a few days. I have a blood test report from June 4th. I have not been able to get it checked due to my schedule. My history is I had been smoking a lot due to stress. I’ve reduced. Whenever I smoke, I can smell blood when I breathe and I spit or (maybe cough) blood. I feel like something is mildly blocking my lungs when I breathe.

Back in April, I started using an inhaler (Foracort 200) for the first time because I was having trouble breathing. I used it for over a month, but it didn’t really help. Since I started using it, I’ve been having sharp chest pain in different areas, and a burning sensation in my right hand. What’s worrying is that even though I’ve stopped the inhaler, these symptoms are still continuing. Before using the inhaler, I never had these issues at all. Any advice?

How to know my asthma is in control if I take daily 1 puff inhaler I'm normal next day I'm feeling little congestion again after taking inhaler immediately it will come to Normal within 2 minutes is thiscontrolled asthma? Or uncontrolled?

I was putted on att dots therapy tht was empirical . Wef4/02/25 . On ct scan report I was diagnosed with mild pleural effusion and now my att ended in July . But the govt doc who started my att extended it for one month . My bronchoscopy was also conducted by the govt doc which was not successful due to narrow and congestion of nostrils. And my afb and cbnaat was also negative. But still I hve pain in my lungs . I had increased igE levels 409 . History of sinusitis accompanied by progressive cough without expectoration and sneezing. Recently I can hear my wheezing sound on inspiration and expiration . I had pft on 27/07/25 which showed 80% of lung capacity. Is there anything tht I need to worry about , I don't want to undergo any bronchoscopy. Currently I'm on att for one month more and flomist spray , vilfuro inhaler, Monteklucast and bilastine tablet. Will these sounds get better with thses medications ? Pls tell what else can help me .
