Chest & Breathing Problems

I am diabetic and having problem of epilepsy since eight years. now last one month I have been diagnose tubercolsis

Hi when I was very little both of my lungs collapsed should I still be worried about if anything bad could still happen after like 18 years?

Had trauma to my sternum months ago and since then I have trouble breathing. I have to take a huge breath to feel comfortable every couple of minutes. What could it be?

I get severe pain feels like my lungs are being squeezed stomach is swollen and hard mainly after eating Indian or Chinese stomach is gurgling with hot sweats will not ease with inhaler or paracetamol

Only at night for approx. an hour I get short breathing, whistling and heavy cough also get heavyness in chest and irritation in throat. It's been around 2 years. It's irrespective whether I m on bed or not.

I get pain in the outer left side of my chest. I have had these problems before, but they were always far and few between. Recently it has been happening more frequently. I only have the pain when i take deep breathes or completely empty my lungs. For this reason i fear it may be lung related.

Since past few months I have been suffering from breathlessness , specially in the morning , got consultation from one of chest physician of my city, he took my lungs function test and diagnosed mild small airway obstruction and concluded acute bronchitis as well as suggest sleep apnea test (sleep study ) my current weight is 135kg and I was heavy snoring problem since 10 years , now I am taking doctors prescribed medication every morning when feel breathlessness (Airtec FB400 containing Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide powder for inhalation I.P. (6mcg + 400mcg) , two times in a day , now it comes to single dose in a day ,after inhale this i feel better all over day till next morning, does it meant to be Asthama ? I am scared coz feeling of breathlessness is worst situation. I request you please let me know what should I do and where I get best treatment , thanks
