Breathlessness and wheezing sound
I have been lil breathless which started 13 of april and then reduced and again grew out of breath at rest from 18 april on wards. No chest pain or constant cough. When i try to cough to clear my throat it sounds deep and sometime wheezing sound comes out when i take deep breath . No fever or chills. Its been over a month and breathlessness is not subsiding.

You are likely to be suffering from hyperreactive airways/ asthma..
Get in touch with a chest physician and start proper treatment for the same
