Chest & Breathing Problems

I had done spirometry and use to take airtec fb 200. After how many hours of taking airtec fb 200 can i do the test

I am having continuous cough since two months .. not sure why .. I showed to general doctor but still no improvement ...

Since Oct-Nov 2016 I am feeling pain in middle of my chest with pain in left upper chest and under arms. I am also having frequent throat infection with pain.I also feel dizziness, nausea in day and disturb sleep in nights. I visited 2-3 doctors including gastro, ENT and cardiologist in last 6 months and had ECG tests done 2-3 times but each time it was normal. Twice I had Chest X ray and same was also normal. Each doctor diagnosed that it may be due to gastric and anxiety problem. But no relief even after medicines. I ws advice for CT-CHEST without contrast. In CT chest it was diagnosed few lymph nodes in right paratracheal (18*12 mm) and precarinal (14*7.7 mm) location. Few lymph nodes and focal calcification are seen at right hilum. My doc conduct further test related to TB. But same is normal. Doc said the lymphs may be due to some infection and nothing to worry. Request you to confirm if it is normal or further investigat is required. How to rule out that infection is not serious

Hello, sir I have this problem, it start about december of 2016. I experience hard in breathing when I lay myself to my bed normally and now I put some more pillow so I can sleep and breath normally. And this coming monhth from Dec. 2016 to March 2017 till now I experience short in breath and I sweat a lot even I only go outside to snacks 2blks between our house to the grosary store. Please fill to advice me, I dont want to have illness beyond my body because I used it to work for myself study.
