Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a 21 yr old male. I have hard lumps in my chest ever since I was a kid. I looked up the symptoms online, which indicates that I may have gynecomastia or chest fat. Now I have two questions pertaining to this matter: 1) How to distinguish gynecomastia from chest fat? 2) Can I cure gynecomastia naturally as surgery and pills are very expensive. Please help me doctor, I have great problem around my friends and I am suffering from depression

My father aged 89 years has been having a chronic cough with phlegm. It starts as soon as he lies down and the bout of coughing starts and he has to go and spit out the phlegm so many times.

I feel sudden and strong intensity pain in my left breast .Just want to know what could be the possible reason of this pain.I do not feel any kind of lump therein ,has got the ultrasound done 2 years back . Everything came out normal but the pain did not resolve and now the pain has become more intense .

I am feeling sharp pain in chest on left side and it is increasing with time. This started with a light sensation of pain after lunch today that i ignored as gastric pain. But its happening for first time that i am still feeling it at mid night with severity. I can only take shallow breaths for now with less pain.

It just started up under my left chest about a week ago. I've had it before under my right and it went away after awhile. Today a guy in school was messing with me and twisted my left chest. Now the gynecomastia is a different shape, I think due to the twist. Its kinda all scrunched up. How bad is that? Should I go to a Doctor? Is there anything I can do to get rid of this fast? Thanks -I'm a teenager by the way and I've been told this stuff happens with puberty

3-4yrs ago i had fallen flat on my chest on marble floor while swinging in the rod. At that time i didn't have any issue. But recently i have started having redness on the left side of my chest. When i try to stretch left ribs, i feel little pain inside as if some muscle is stuck and i m trying to pull it(if tried more cracking type of sound from ribs can be heard). However if i sit straight and keep my posture right, i m in much relief. But if i try too much to stretch my muscle redness occurs and can be seen with eyes near mammary area+little below. However during sleep i do not feel any pain as the muscle are in relaxed posture. After having a meal,some kind of burning sensation can be felt. I have done xrays and MRI but all the report says everything is normal.

Suffering from bronchities since childhood.now using Accuhaler daily to avoid wheezing trouble. but it has many side effects. Is there any other remedy for his curing his illness and to avoid Accuhaler. Please reply to this and help us doctor.

Hi Doctor , my friend is gets pock in the area between chest and this quite frequent in 2-3 weeks.last pick was quite big and painful

I ve been having chest congestion,breathlessness from past two days . Doctor prescribe me nebulizer and I feel good after using it but after 5-6 hours I still feel the same problem.

I am a 25 year old married women. I have a pain in the area in b/w my breasts...to be specific..on the right side of my left breast...First i thought its because of acidity...but its about 1 week..that still i have the same pain..i have pain whn i am doin things..taking things and all..what should i do!!?
