Biopsy final report
Biopsy show hypocellular spindle lesion in myxocollagenous stroma.
lesion is richly vascular with variable sized capillary vessels.
Hemosiderin pigment is noted.
MIB1 labelling index is focally 8-10%.
Low grade spindle cell neoplasm.
A possibility of angiofibroma is noted.

Left mid zone calcification in chest
I have calcification in mid zone of chest.
