Chest & Breathing Problems

I fell down 2 days ago. Since then there is chest pain while making any movements or coughing or sneezing. Difficult to sleep on any side.

I am experiencing shortness of breath from last 4 days and a little bit of pain between my chest Unablity to burp properly as well as was not successful in vomiting so that I could feel better And this is mostly happening after I eat something and start to feel full after that

I'VE A CHEST PAIN DUE TO GASSINESS AND NOW ITS ACCOMPANIED WITH UPPER BACK PAIN. I GUESS THE PAIN IS SLOWLY SPREADING.

My father who is 73yrs of age is taking Torkast FX with other medicines since 2days. But unfortunately we forgot how to take this medicine. Like before having food or after. And we are not able to read the doctor's prescription. Please suggest.

I have puffed up chest and it seems to be like gynacomastia. Do doing exercises like push ups and lifting dumbles help me in any way to reduce this. Also i am not sure that wheather it is gynacomastia or chest fat. Pls suggest me some way to treat this naturally.

I've been having sharp pain in my chest right between my breasts it's painful enough to feel while I'm asleep I have a constant headache as well and sometimes have sharp pains in the pit of my stomach. My pain comes in waves leaving me exhausted. I also always have a stitch like pain in my ribs and lower back.

My Mom has a major cough from last few months,we have tried almost everything but it's not going, she has taken Montek LG, syrup Alex, syrup grillinctus, tablet abphyllin, her x rays are normal but she has been diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, but doctors say it has nothing to do with this. I would request you to suggest something.

Around 1 month ago while exercising I got some pain on my left side of chest so I stopped exercising and when after a week I did again pain came again so that time I consulted a physician who said its muscles strain and prescribed medicine but even after taking taking those medicine its not going away, I still have some pain.
