Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been getting fever since 22nd April, 2017. Around 4th May, I had X-Ray chest done and it showed Pleural effusion on right side of the lungs. Diagnostic pleural tap was done for ADA, cell count etc and then my anti TB treatment started on 9th May. Still getting fever, stomach always upset. Recently, Did Widal test and it came out positive.

Feeling breathing problem and chest pain. 10 years ago I already suffered from Lt side plural effusion

I had a sharp pain last summer in my left chest near shoulder .it could not be diagnosed into something and it went away on its on own .now again this summer I'm having dull pain which comes and goes in my left chest near shoulder. Also lately I feel something like moving or circulating in my left chest. I also have a history of gastritis. What could be the reason behind the pain.I'm 19 years old.

I have a cyst on my chest. What should I do for the treatment? Can it cause any harm to internal organs or in any other form?

I have these breathing problem for a week.. am having asthma.so what to do?? It's increasing day by day.

He is a friend of mine. He is a chain smoker for the past 3 to 4 years now he is facing problem in breathing, his chest pains some time even where the heart is located. He is unable to intake the reqd quantity of air

I had the poblem frequently cold and couf last 10 yr . But about about 9 month agao i was in guwahati and drink local watar about 15 day. I feel pain at at canel of my beathing lung ( i mean middile of chest). Then i feel more problem to breath. Now daily i feel coughf and diffuct to breath and not able to sleep confort. Sir/Ma'am From past few days I am having chest pain on lower and right side of the heart. I have no clue from where it started. It maybe due to acidity or so. I feel the pain for few seconds and then it is gone. Kindly advise any medication.

I have been suffering from severe cough for a month. All the reports suggested by the doctor are normal. They also include a sputum test.
