Chest & Breathing Problems

Have been experiencing breathing problems when I m out, no problem in office or home or when in Ac. Face heavy breathing.

She has developed cough over past 3 days. I've not tried any medicines except warm pad on chest. She does take sleeping pills on need basis.

My mother is experiencing severe pain in hand and back. Today doctor has done blood test and as per report her sugar level is 300. And BP is 190. Also she has fever today. Further she is having pain on the left side of upper body. Doctor has given tablet for sugar control. And after that pain is under control. Further doctor has prescribed for angiography test. My mother has no past history of any sugar and BP problem. What we should do? Is it related to heart or is it a sugar problem?? Which doctor we have to consult ? Please help.

62yrs female patient suffering from pleural fluid formation in the left lung for last 8 months. Tuberculosis and malignancy has been ruled out through all the required tests like bronchoscopy, plural biopsy; ANA blot test; CEA: CA-125 supported by all the necessary pathological findings. Now has been suggested Thoracoscopy. Please guide

After medicines,x Ray and USG chest,t.v. tests were also done. Latest test done is HRCT chest.its report says segmental consolidation with air bronchogram is seen in the superior and anterior basal segments of left lower lobe.pls xplain the meaning of report and also suggest that which specialised doctor I should visit for treatment.

I have done my gold TB test ok the report showing that positive: mtb infection likely Negative: mtb unlikely, but cannot be excluded especially when: -any illness is consistent with tb -likelihood of progress to disease immunosupression What does it mean... Is it a good report or bad?
