Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been having pain in lest side of chest continously since last 6,7 days...so pls suggest me what i do???

I am having mild chest all around my chest and ribs near heart middle of the chest left and right chest and feeling nervousness​. This thing is happening from last couple of days and mostly​ happens when I go to bed and try to sleep. In day time while doing other activities I don't feel much pain and nervousness. Kindly advise and mention couple of medicines if possible.

I have breathing problem but in this time i feel normal because of frelly and levolin inhalor but my hemoglobin has increased by 19 .what is the reason of it .what should i eat

5-7 days back I had cold. After 2 days cold got cured. But since then I m facing heavy breaking with very light cough. Plz suggest remedy.

Had history of gastritis since 1998. Since last 2 weeks experiencing nagging burning sensation in upper chest area spreading to Upper back n also briefly to both arms. Lying on bed is irksome as pain also associated with burning sensation. Took antacid tabs n found relief. But it is persisting beyond tolerable levels.
