Chest & Breathing Problems

I got chest tightness few times 1.5 year back it took 2 minutes to recover.its hard to take breath and hard to move upper body.. recently in the middle of the night I woke up to drink water again I felt the same chest tightness and very mild pain in heart and chest..I consulted cardiologist went for ECG,2d echo test shown normal.. doctor told me to take rest I took rest but still is coming and why chest tightness is coming..what are the reasons and whom should I consult..help me

My grandfather is having pain in upper left part of the chest ( above heart) and according to him it's most probably due to acidity. His age is around 75 and is not on following any medicine prescription on regular basis. The pain has started few hours ago.

SmHello,Namaste sir; My wife breeds 2 years old child,she has tumor in right chest and feeling pain,she also feels pain in right arm,sometime severely. Doctor said to stop breeding.but milk in chest is continuously being produced.so she can't stop to breed . Tumor's size is neither reducing nor increasing..this problem has been from last 12 months.
