Mucous in chest
There is no shape in my chest , look alike flat . Mucous is coming through my mouth while I cough. How to rectify this problem.. And I want to build my chest

Consult a chest specialist to solved your problem as there are many causes of coughing out mucous. Regarding flat chest I have examine you whether it due to any disease process or structural problem.
