Chest tight
I had a relatively bad head cold right before Christmas and it lasted about 4/5 days. Ears plugged,nose was stuffy and then ran,sneezed like crazy. The major stuff went away. Now my nose still runs,my throat is dry,I'm have shortness of breathe and my chest feels tight. I have a slight cough but it's a dry cough. No mucous or anything. I have agoraphobia so going to the Drs is out. I know I probably need an antibiotic. I was thinking chest infection or pneumonia.

Take a course of antibiotic for7-10 days .Spirometry to be done.Based on its result ICS+laba(Foracort or Budamate) to be inhaled twice daily
