Chest & Breathing Problems

Shocking pain sometimes and also breathing problem, It pains like some current has been run through my body and it is there for 3 to 4 mins and suddenly disappeared.

My problem is that i have been through chest pain and breathing problem , and physically​unfit , it pains like a current passing through my body

I have cough and blood in sputum.Snoring in sleep.Can you please advise me the solution for this....

I am suffering from little pain in  left side corner of my breast do I need to consult a doctor and if yes than which doctor.

Dr. I was unable to take breath properly... And there is pain in my chest and also something there in my trachea pipe I can feel it
