45 yr old female lives in village . Profession-housewife, suffering from breathing problems, coughing,and early fatigue from last 8 months, please tell me diagnosis and treatment

Cough and breathlessness from 8 months this is long neglect she should be seen by a chest physician and have blood investigations and XRay chest to be done as soon as possible. Please don't wait long time.
