Chest & Breathing Problems

Am aged 25 I got this chest deformed on searching through internet I found that I have pigeon chest... I want to undergo treatment with out surgery can I get help..

Sir,I hv problem of asthma before 5yrs.i hv taken inhalers,tablets a lot but there is no satisfactory result gradually it is increasing.some time i am facing severe tightness in chest.breathing abnormally.please suggest me some improved type of medicine to relax me from breathing trouble for which I will be highly obliged.

I am having mild chest all around my chest and ribs near heart middle of the chest left and right chest and feeling nervousness​. This thing is happening from last couple of days and mostly​ happens when I go to bed and try to sleep. In day time while doing other activities I don't feel much pain and nervousness. Kindly advise and mention couple of medicines if possible.

Hello, i am working in Dubai from last few years.I have passed all of my medical test successfully but recently i moved in Qatar and couldn't cleared, i have been through four month treatment also in qatar for t.b but yesterday i did chest xray again to check and it shows DIFFUSE FINE PUNCHUATED CALCIFICATION AT UPPER AND MID ZONE. kindly suggest
