Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir, My brother has sinusitis problem. One and half year ago,one day he complained of difficulty in breathing. When we took him to a doctor, dr recommended a nebulizer. And few days back I.e on 20th June 2017 he felt he again felt difficulty in breathing. I took him to the hospital. Doctor examined my brother and ruled out the chances of Asthma. He gave citrizine tablets. So what should I do next? Where should I take him for this problem? Thank you.

My grandfather, 78 years of age, having this problem since last year, his face got swell, he cannot handle summer, he got cough very often, weakness . Even after a little walk he feels tired, his breathing goes high and feels like vertigo.

Right pleural thickening came up during GCC medicals. I got xray done privately but there was no problem as per radiologist. One radiologist told you can get not scan done but nothing will come up. What could be causes and is it completely treatable.

My Father (age 75) has diabeties & low BP. recently he had heavy check pain & back pain. Got admitted in hospital , doctors said that it is because of pneumonia, Lungs got infected. Was in ICU for 6 days & moved to IT ward it's been 3 days. Now again doctors suspecting the infection is there again need to move to ICU. Looking for specialist doctor
