Chest & Breathing Problems

Saw a suffocating dream and woke up with breathlessness. Felt that ways for around 3-4 hours after getting up then was normal. During that time Doctor Checked my BP, pulse, heart beat, and oxygen level and it was all normal. Do I need to get sinus tested or could there be any other problem? Someone said it could be due to transient breath but since tests are normal so nothing to worry but Just need to monitor if the episode happens again. I have not done my whole body checkup since few years but as such I dont have any symptoms of any other medical problem. I am a software professional living in pune and take average 7 hours sleep in the night.
