Chest & Breathing Problems

When i laugh hard i feel popping in chest it's like something coming out from chest it's happen only when i breath out deeply or laugh very hard. this problem is since 2 years. No pain involved at all. i never feel pain in chest. Please help it is very irritating. i did all the test and docs told me it is muscle problem only you don't need to worry
