Chest & Breathing Problems

From last three days I am getting pain in at the middle point of both breast... If anything touch means lot of pain is there.. please suggest me what to do..

Every eve ning found difficult in breathing and it last till late night.... Almost feeling like asthma..

I m suffering from asthma anxiety nose allergy DNS nose blocks snoring sleep apnea for 25 years my age 38.

Dry cough yearly three times for one or two monts continue since past 12 years I do not know it is allergic or what please suggest me .
