Not able to breath
There is some blockage in my nasal passage and i'm not able to breath at night through my nose, i'll have to breath through mouth only. this condition is existing for more than 2 years.

I think this is probably a sinusitis, polyps in nasal cavity or adenoids. If you are having frequent episodes of running nose, blocked nose with headache, sore throat, dizziness or occasional fever then you should start with antibiotics and decongestants. You can also get checked by an ENT surgeon for further evaluation.
Steam inhalation would help here.
