Cough with little white phlegm
No pain or irritation in throat, but having cough with white phlegm for almost 3 weeks now, nose is slightly blocked.
Wheezing sound when I exhail long, had fever for a day or so, but otherwise no problem at all.

You are having symptoms of postnasal drip. You would benefit for antihistaminics, decongestants and a simple course of antibiotics.
