I have small hypoechoic Sol of 7.9x4.5mm noted in the outer and upper quadrants of left breast small fibroadenoma

I feel last few days on my left breast is paininng. Now I notice that there have a boil.what I do.pls help me out .

I have a 1 inch extended chest in right side. My left side is completely normal. It is there from the last 2 yrs. I m 18 years old now. There is no pain and no swelling it looks just awkward. Saw a suffocating dream and woke up with breathlessness. Felt that ways for around 3-4 hours after getting up then was normal. During that time Doctor Checked my BP, pulse, heart beat, and oxygen level and it was all normal. Do I need to get sinus tested or could there be any other problem? Someone said it could be due to transient breath but since tests are normal so nothing to worry but Just need to monitor if the episode happens again. I have not done my whole body checkup since few years but as such I dont have any symptoms of any other medical problem. I am a software professional living in pune and take average 7 hours sleep in the night.
