Face swelling, breathing issues, cough,
My grandfather, 78 years of age, having this problem since last year, his face got swell, he cannot handle summer, he got cough very often, weakness . Even after a little walk he feels tired, his breathing goes high and feels like vertigo.

I can understand your concern.
I cannot suggest much without examining him .
So as of now you can ask him to take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
