Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been a smoker on & off since past 8 years. Earlier I used to smoke occasionally but I've noticed that it has become a daily habit now. After the realisation I have started to being mindful of when and how much i smoke. Also started to cut down on smoking. Lately, I can sense some chest heaviness and constant fatigue, also breathing has been mildly difficult. Can quitting help with the symptoms?

I am facing dry cough and asthma at night or early morning. I have been smoking cigarettes. I reside in mumbai and recently there has been change in weather. I am worried and not able to get proper sleep because of Asthma and coughing. Kindly help me.

Hiiii...my husband is 35 years old... From one week he is suffering from wet cough..he took proper medicine, syrup but not cured properly... Feeling congestion in chest which not  properly comes  outside... He put force to spit it out...he has also taken some home remedies to get rid of it like ginger honey.,But nothing worked... Hi, Heart test - ECG, ECHO, TMT & Lipid profile normal. Lungs : Xray normal. I took CT chest and doctor says it's all normal suggested to see ortho as it could be muscle related pain. I noticed something on the report which says "Diffuse symmetrical enlargement of thymus measures 2.1cm in thickness" Chest pain moves to left or right some time not constant pain. No pain felt when lying down. Pain felt only when you do moving activity (pain is like sharp and tolerable) help me out

If someone have copd or asthma  . So is it necessary that these people must protect theirself from  air pollution ?

I was diagnosed with tb 2 years ago and after treatment I had difficulty of breathing and doctor said it was post tb asthma and gave inhaler. Now i do not feel urgency to take inhaler on daily basis but sometimes I need this. My question is do I need to take inhaler on regular basis or SOS basis?

After completing 1 year TB treatment, paitent have retroperitoneal lympnods.. Symptoms: Weight loss Fever Loss of appetite Anaemia Dr suggest FNAC And CBNAAT Am confused how is possible? Dr suspect it's DRTB
