Chest & Breathing Problems

Weaknesses, breathlessness, tired, body paining, gets gliddniness, passing blood from stool sometimes

Hello, i am a smoker. I have been smoking for 3 years, 20 cigarettes daily and have never encountered real issues. Recently i have been developing a gag reflects when i smoke i.e with each inhale and exhale of smoke i feel like im about to throw up. Is this normal or is it something serious to take into concideration? This has never happened to me before.
