Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm facing slight difficulty in breathing since last night my age is 22yrs female... I'm facing this for the first time.. I have dust allergy problem since 7-8 yrs..... But haven't used any medicine ... This problem is more after having food and I'm feeling heavy while breathing

My Grandfather is 75 years old. But now due to copd and asthma the problem has created more in breathing. Sounds come while breathing and takes breathing from stomach.
