Coughed up blood in the morning

Hi, my friend (22F) has been suffering from persistent coughing (dry/allergic cough) for past 8-10 days. This was triggered after she ate an icecream. She took Benadryl for 5 days without any relief. She had to stop this syrup as it interacted with her medication ( fluoxetine). Today she spit blood in sputum in morning for fisrt time. what to do?

Having lung infection

My husband has lung infection and doctor has taken out fluid from his lung, and the treatment is going on for the remaining fluid left in the lung. During this medication he is having high fever, weakness, cough and vomit. Is this all normal during this treatment? We r really worried. Please advice

Chest pain, pleurisy is one diagnosis

For 5 months, there have been 6 or 7 episodes of 5-7 days of chest pain, pain breathing, and pleurisy was primarily diagnosed by GP and a Pulmonologist who wants to refer us to a rheumatologist. They are talking about an unknown auto-immune disease. The most recent bout was 12 days with fever of 100.9 -102 and night sweats and 15 pounds down.

Pleural effusion,6 month cough, diabetic

My dad,63 years age(diabetic)is diagnosed with Pleural effusion post checked for regular cough ( more than 6 month). Mountex test -ve (04). X-ray report of chest says "evidence of heterogeneous opacity in left upper & middle zones. Left CP angle is obliterated". Physician has advised biochemical, fluid ada and cytological test now. Ny expert advise

Breathing issues

I am breathing normally all the time. Even when I am walking fast or climbing stairs my breathing is normal. However when I think about my breathing I feel breathless, especially when I'm lying down. This is mainly happening when I am thinking about my breathing. When I am not thinking about my breathing I am breathing normally.
