Chest & Breathing Problems

For 5 months, there have been 6 or 7 episodes of 5-7 days of chest pain, pain breathing, and pleurisy was primarily diagnosed by GP and a Pulmonologist who wants to refer us to a rheumatologist. They are talking about an unknown auto-immune disease. The most recent bout was 12 days with fever of 100.9 -102 and night sweats and 15 pounds down.

My dad,63 years age(diabetic)is diagnosed with Pleural effusion post checked for regular cough ( more than 6 month). Mountex test -ve (04). X-ray report of chest says "evidence of heterogeneous opacity in left upper & middle zones. Left CP angle is obliterated". Physician has advised biochemical, fluid ada and cytological test now. Ny expert advise

It is very Irritate to breath and severe cough continuously. Cannot speak. I have heavy breath and faster heartbeats. Also sweat a lot and headache.

I am breathing normally all the time. Even when I am walking fast or climbing stairs my breathing is normal. However when I think about my breathing I feel breathless, especially when I'm lying down. This is mainly happening when I am thinking about my breathing. When I am not thinking about my breathing I am breathing normally.

All of a sudden I will have trouble in breathing. While I am asleep I get up and roam in room with difficult to breathe. It takes a while to calm down. I smoke and drink. I am thinking that is the problem. Is there anything serious. ?

My mother is having wheezing for 15 years. It is becoming severe nowadays . She uses aerocart rotocaps inhalations daily at least twice. Is the any cure for this?

My child has been diagnosed with childhood asthma. He wheezes constantly,treatment is not working. gets worse in the evening but the wheeze is always there. I nebulise, do asthavent but nothing eases the wheeze. Only when he lies down the wheeze becomes non exhistant. He has been hospitalized for respiratory distress. I am so worried.

While jocking, I am not convenient with my breathe. With that effect, I cannot able to jock for more time. Once I paused my jock, I am taking 1 min to adjust my breathe. My dad have severe ashma problem. Could some suggest, whether my problem is ashma or it is usual in times ? Also many of my colleagues said, I am feeling uneasy with my breathe. As I used to frequently in take and out take unknowingly it seems. They were questioning me, whether I am exhausted? Could some one suggest, what was my problem and inputs for meeting specified doctor. Regards
