Chest & Breathing Problems

Breathing problem... Having asthma for long time.... Need to consult for a good doctor.... Having nebularizer is of no use Suffering alot unable to do any work.. Need advice for a good doctor Kindly help

Went to doctor on Monday my chest was clear, as I have been struggling to get a breathe after a coughing fit it's hard to explain but it feels like I'm drowning as I cough but there is no phlegm

I am getting persistent cough with pain in chest. Not able to sleep at all. I had this problem during jan -feb also . doctor prescribed steroids but it still did not help after that i went out of Bangalore for 2 months and it subsided.Now it has started again and i cough continuously specially in night when i try to sleep

I am 35 year old male. During a recent health check up, in chest x-ray report some "Fibrotic Foci" are observed. What should I do about this? I had tuberculosis earlier at age of 4 years and have undergone treatment. Presently I'm asthmatic and taking inhaler Budamate 200 MCG x 2 times / day. Is it possible that the TB infection is not completely cured and is still there in a subdued form?

How come the medicines like tiotropium bromide or budesonide cause upper respiratory tract infections, as indicated in their list of side effects?

I have been smoking from past 3 yrs and I want to quit. Even though I have tried multiple times but could only reduce the no of sticks per day from 15 to 6-7. I want to do it with nicotine patch. Please suggest me the procedure and which patch dosage and routine to start with
