Chest & Breathing Problems

SIR WHEN I TAKE CETRIZEN THAN RELIEF BUT AFTER 12 HOURS SAME ATTACK COME MEANS WOOFING AND COUGHING

My father detected with sarcoidosis after prostate biopsy and high ACE level. now he is taking 32 mg of prednisolone for past 2 months but we cant see any improvement. Aslo he is having clarithromucine,forcan200 and augmentin antibiotic due to high neutrophilis.please let me know if we are under proper treatment or not? any suggestion is very much appriciated.

I have been having problems breathing for the past few months. Only specific things like exercise and strong scents cause it. I do cough rarely. And I get chest pains not oftenecessarily but sometimes. I have never wheezed so I wasn't sure if it was Asthma.
