Heavyness in throat,forceful breathing

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I feel some irritation and heaviness in throat all the time because of which breathing becomes difficult. I need to put force while breathing and it also feels like i am not able to breathe fully. This problem remains there all the time and not just while walking or doing some physical activity.
