I feel suffocation when I start my walk.

When I start my morning walk after walking a few steps I feel suffocation but by continuing the walk it reduces and I become normal. I walk 6 km in the morning. But a couple of years back when I went Excutive Test at the TMT I am diagnosed Storngly Positive. My BMI, Blood Clorostorel is normal, Triglyceride is normal. My age is 72 years.

Chest tightness

I have felt chest tightness in what feels mostly like my upper chest and some of my lower chest. I feel like I always have something I need to cough up but my coughs are not always productive. When I am coughing and it is productive, clear mucus sometimes with grayish flecks is coming up. Musinex seems to help some but has not resolved.
