Chest & Breathing Problems

My chest xray report and xray is attached. Its says BIFID RIB on right side. Why it happened suddenly. Can it be because of some injury. What is the treatment and whom should i consult ?

I have breathing problem from last 40 days . I consult physician. And did HIV test by 3 dot method. And TB test , maleria ,typhoid test , chest X-RAY , all reports are normal . I completed some medication by general physician. What sould i do next pls suggest me . I'm 21 yrs old . I'm planning to undergo full body CT scan is this helpfull to cure.

I have been suffering from shortness of breath and irritation in the throat area. I feel there is some problem in my chest every time I breath I feel like coughing from my throat. Please help me as it has caused a lot of pain in my diaphragm area.

Hi, I am having shortness of breathing not too much for past 1 week. Also I am having some pinching effect in my left chest sometimes noy continuous. While I panic or thought about it and get afraid I get the SOB high. I also have some blood tests and today I do Echochardiogram and the radiologist told me that there is nothing to worry about. My EF is 65%. Can you tell me if it is due to any kind of heart disease or due to cold or dust allergy or anxiety??

No cold no cough. Difficult to inhale and exhale past 1 month now. Intermittent occurrence. Happens at any time of the day or night bringing any physical activity to a halt. Please help.

Pain under left side of chest when deep breathing, coughing and sneezing. Sounds are changing some type of letters like "Ha, Sa,Sha" are able to pronounce  properly .1 month back I am on ventilator.

Started 3 days ago with cough coughing so hard can't catch my breath but not coughing up anything now my chest is real tight and it's starting to hurt. and get to coughing so hard can't breathe
