I have breathing & chest problem from 10 days i have taking this medicin deriphylin od 300 defcort od 12 montamac L tab but no reif

Oral derifylline will not give u good relief, inhaled bronchodilators will give u good relief.
Next Steps
do a pulmonary function test and send me.
