Chest & Breathing Problems

I am severely suffering from cough breathlessness I wanted to know that plagril effect?

Maanvitha 6 years girl is suffering with continuous cough and cold since 20 days. She is getting cough continuously even we use medicine like cough syrupps and homoeopathic medicine. I think pollution could also one reason as our house is 50 mts to to mumbai national highway where there are lot of vehicles 24/ 7. Or it could be because of weather changes. We are using below medicine. ATM200, cherycough, ascoril LS. Homeopatic are Vasaka.

I'd been diagnosed with pulmonary tb around 2 yrs ago and took medication for 9 months till I recovered. But last month I'd been to 6 day high altitude trek in Himachal. I was perfectly fine for first 3 days. But on the day of the summit I was hit with Acute Mountain Sickness. I was completely out of breath, oxymeter showed a reading below 60 and had to descend soon. Do you think tb had something to do with this? And do I need to take chest x-rays to check if my lungs still haven't recovered?

Bed ridden for over 13 yrs, gone 3time surgeries due to contenmnatedwater other wise decompression at spinal cord (mylomalacia). Had been operated  spine in three times 1999,2004,2008 consecutively. Not diabetic, cannt walk, but sensationis there, urination problem is there, recently about 2 months astma or ayasam adding extra uncomfortable to current scnario expecially while urination with bed pan on bed and while moving from chair to chair, otherwise very very active and energetic. Looking for a solution if it astma as planning to go to outstation for 4 next week for 4days in last 25yrs to a forest .  See the best way to the above concern. I AM A 78 YEAR  MALE. I HAVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. I WAS ONCE A  SMOKER BUT STOPPED SMOKING FOR 20 YEARS. I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE DEVELOPED COPD BUT I HAVE SHORTNESS OF BREA TH. RHEUMATOLOGIST SAYS ITS BECAUSE OF RA FACTOR I HAVE DEVELOPED COPD. I CONSULTED PHYSIOLOGIST THEY PRESCRIBED ME SEQUEDRA INHALER FOR MY SHOTNESS OF BREATH. ONE PUFF A DAY.THIS PRODUCT SOMETIMES CAUSES RELEIF UPTO NEXT DAY MORNING UPTO 3 AM AFTER THAT I HAVE TO USE OXYGEN. IS THERE ANY MEDICATION THAT WILL CURE MY EMPHYSEMA. PLEASE ADVISE ME.
