Start nebulisation duolin 6 hourly and budecort 12 hourly.tab deriphylline 150 bd, 3percent hypertonic saline nebulous 12houly...and if fever start moxclav antibiotics 625 bd and other supportive treatment advised by local Dr...chest physician
