Severe pain behind right rib cage
I have been having severe pain inside my right rib cage for the past 4 days, the pain is so severe, that I cant sleep at nights. Consulted doctors nearby and got my rib X-Ray'd as well, and doctors were not sure about the cause of the pain, since there was no injury, no vomiting, no cough. The pain aggravates whenever I inhale or sneeze, laugh, yawn etc.

You could be having  pleuritis which is inflammation of the lining of the lungs. This causes pain on taking a deep breath or coughing or sneezing . The xray may be normal  in such cases. It can be confirmed only after examination. Hence please consult your doctor again.
