Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctor I have a asthama problem today I bought a tablet that name is 'Monticope Montelukast and levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablet' but before past months I am using ' Levozing Lm Montelukast and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets' now I am confused about that what is the difference between dihdrochloride and hydrochloride. It is safe to take a new tablet or not please tell me..

I am suffering from reccurent tuberclosis and they have given me injections of streptomycin.I have pain at my hips where they put the injections..can u pls suggest some thing that reduces pain!

Hi, for the past month, my mom had been getting asthma attacks usually from 4:30 through 11:00. It has only happened about 6 times within the past month and we think it has to do with the new laundry detergent we've gotten. I was wondering what a professional opinion would be in this case. In 2005 demotomiyositis Due to which steroids are given dexcona. Due to side effects got infected with lungs disease Dots 6 months course 2012 Dots 9 months course 2014 Dots 18 months course 2015 It got completed in April 2017 After that before diwali blood spell out suddenly due to which he got hospitalized 2 times within a month. Again recently he got episode of blood from mouth... 1. Is this blood coming out can be take as normal.. 2. Treatment possible 3. Hello doctor, I am facing breathing problem sometimes, but it happens since last 2 years. This is not a continuous problem, sometimes it happens in a day but when I take Montair-LC, I feel relief for 1/1.5days. But again it's raising. That's why sometimes I am taking this medicine since last 2 years. But not taking it continuously. So please suggest me what should I do? Which kind of problem is this?
