Sharp chest pain when running
I'm in the military and got stationed in Germany about a year and a half ago. I've always been good at running and have never had any problems with running. In August of last year I started getting a sharp chest pain while running, it first started about 3 miles into a run and now I can't ruun more than a 1/2 mile without pain. I was given an inhaler and it helped for a few runs but now it has no effect. I'm 22 years old.

BP ECG to be recorded tmt to be done. Reports are to be analysed.in your age these should be normal. For pain Paracetamol will be helpful. Spirometry is needed.if it shows Obstructive airways disease then ICS+laba( Foracort or Budamate) Inhalation twice daily is indicated.prior to running Salbutamol Inhalation will help you.
