  4. Sharp pain or cramp in right chest. Is?

Sharp pain or cramp in right chest
From a month after walking some distance ny right side chest is started paining pain is sharp or cramping when I stop walking pain stop immidiatly i do chest x ray and sonography but all is normal so what cause it is
